AI quoting for Perth cleaning businesses

I'm Jared Hall, and I build AI quoting workflows for Perth service businesses. Cleaning quotes are lots of small jobs with the same questions every time, and commercial quotes need a walk-through. My workflow asks those questions for you, drafts a price from your own rates and flags jobs you should look at.

See it as a storyOpen the film and ask the AI assistant

The assistant is an AI. It runs on DeepSeek, which processes chat text in China, so please don't share anything sensitive. Details are in the data answer and on the privacy page.

Published 10 October 2026. Answers to cost, data and timeline questions are on the AI quoting FAQ.

What it asks your customers

For end-of-lease and bond cleans, commercial and office cleaning, carpets, windows and builders' cleans, it asks for property type, bedrooms and bathrooms or floor area, furnished or empty, condition, frequency, extras such as carpets, oven and windows, pets, access times and the inspection date.

How it works

  1. Enquiries from your website form or email inbox land in one place.
  2. The workflow drafts one message asking for the missing details. You approve the wording, and nothing is sent without your approval. Automatic sending of a standard message is a later option, only if you opt in in writing.
  3. Your per-room and hourly rates, extras and minimum charge build the draft price. Your price list does the maths and the AI writes the wording.
  4. Heavy condition, mould, rubbish, five or more bedrooms and same-day requests are flagged for you. Bigger commercial jobs are flagged so you can arrange a walk-through instead of sending a fixed price.
  5. You approve on your phone; no quote or message goes to a customer without your approval. It's sent from your own email address.

My calculator's defaults for cleaners: 15 quotes a week, 20 desk minutes each, 35% of that desk time taken over, about 1.75 hours a week. For commercial cleaning I use 15%. These are estimates from defaults, not results; you change the numbers. Formula: quotes a week × desk minutes each × share taken over ÷ 60 = hours a week.

What it doesn't do

It doesn't book jobs or take payments. Caelaria is a new Perth studio with no cleaning clients or case studies yet, so my first three pilots are founding places.

What it costs

The audit is free: 20 minutes by phone or video, then a one-page written summary with a fixed price. The pilot is A$1,500 for my first three founding clients (I confirm in writing if a place is open), otherwise A$2,900. The monthly plan is optional and starts only if you say yes: A$400 a month for founding clients (held for their first 12 monthly invoices, then A$490) or A$490 standard, month-to-month with 30 days' notice. If you take it, the first 12 months total A$5,900 founding or A$8,290 standard. No GST is added; I'm not registered. No guarantee of extra jobs or revenue.

The full price ladder, payment split and cancellation terms are in the FAQ.

Questions cleaning businesses ask

Does the AI set my prices?

No. Your per-room and hourly rates do the maths in ordinary code and the AI writes the wording. I test it against 20 to 30 of your past quotes before it goes live.

I already have an instant online price and booking page. Is this for me?

Then residential quoting may already be solved, and I'll say so. Commercial contract cleaners are usually the better fit.

How does it handle commercial cleaning?

Commercial scope is bespoke, so the workflow collects the details and flags the job so you can arrange a walk-through rather than guessing a fixed price.

Does it connect to my booking software?

I check your booking software on the audit and claim no connection until it's confirmed. Otherwise you get a quote ready to copy in.

How many quotes a week do I need?

The pilot suits one job type quoted often, ideally 10 or more a week. Under about 5, the audit will probably say it isn't worth paying for yet.
